  • Know the indications, risks & complications of administering chemical peels

  • Understand the significance of Fitzpatrick's typing in the administration of chemical peels

  • Know how to prevent & treat complications of chemical peels, especially in skin of colour 

  • Understand the role of chemical peels in the management of:

  • Acne

  • Hyperpigmentation

  • Acne scarring

  • Age-related skin changes 

  • Melasma

  • Understand and demonstrate the techniques of:

  • Pre-treatment consultation & client selection

  • Administering chemical peels
