Service Description

Consultations are done VIRTUALLY with Dr Glow and last on average 15-20 minutes per session. You may be invited to book an in-house treatment, given a prescription and/or recommended SOMA GLOW products that will treat your skin concerns. Once payment is confirmed, you will be sent the pre-consultation form. Dr. Glow will also request pictures of the area(s) of concern. Please note that the consultation fee will go towards the recommended treatment session if the treatment is booked in the same month as the consultation. COST $4000JMD OR $30 USD CBC

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must email somaglowlimited@gmail.com. PLEASE NOTE THAT A DEPOSIT OF AT LEAST 60% IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A TREATMENT SESSION. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU CANCEL/NO SHOW YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON OR BEFORE THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. FOR CONSULTATIONS, THE FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THESE POLICIES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE!
